The Ten Pound Fiddle Concert Series kicked off a new season recently. Yes, it’s a funny name but no, the instruments are not made of lead.The Fiddle offers weekly concerts featuring some of today’s premier folk musicians as well as contra dancing, square dancing’s cousin. The series runs from October to June and tickets range from $5 to $25. Because of the variety of acts and audience size, the venue varies from week to week.
