Jars of Clay Coming to Lansing

An eclectic band that loves holidays, a good read, and spreading the word of God, the Christian rock band Jars of Clay claims to have “no Jars of Clay sound.” Perhaps, they say, that’s precisely what allows them to bridge the generational gaps that they do. The band seeks to inspire fans by writing about things that we can universally relate to. But their message doesn’t stop with their lyrics. The band is also involved with an organization determined to help fight AIDS in Africa. Jars of Clay will be playing along with Brandon Heath at Lakes Christian College in Lansing on Saturday Oct. 9 at 7pm. Learn more about the band and their upcoming performance here.
